Mr. George Sarran, a retired Army Officer, is Owner/Broker for Pleasant Realty, LLC. He has over 12 years experience as an agent and broker – buying, selling, financing and closing residential and commercial properties. Accomplishments: • ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) • CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) • GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) • MBA (University of Texas at Austin) • BA (WestPoint Military Academy) Experience • U.S. Army Colonel – worked key assignments in the Pentagon, Europe, Korea and Vietnam • Property Manager – managed both commercial and residential properties to include apartments, shopping centers and strip centers • Tax Accountant – has prepared more than 300 tax returns • Realtor • Broker – Houses over 20 agents, 16 investors, involved in investment partnership that owns 40 investment properties, active member in SABOR, TREC His areas of specialization are residential, condo and commercial properties, working with investors, and representing both buyers and sellers. George is a very active member in the San Antonio Real Estate Investment Association (SAREIA) as well as the Alamo Investors Association (AIA) in his commitment to work with investors daily to meet their Real Estate investment goals.              Ron Clarke

         Business Manager

Ron joined the Exit Pleasant team after working as the Executive Director of the San Antonio Real Estate Investors Association (SAREIA) and has significant non-profit and Corporate experience with both Valero Energy Corporation and Mother's Against Drunk Driving (MADD).  Ron is still very involved in non-profit corporations around San Antonio as well as involvement in his community and city politics.  He enjoys classic cars, is a recognized artist in San Antonio, and enjoys helping people.  Ron oversees the entire business operation and with George works cooperatively with the entire Exit Pleasant Team to provide the very best in service, customer service and focus on your needs.   He is responsible for the day to day operations of Pleasant Realty which include all billing and accounting, vendor communication and scheduling, marketing, advertising, general office, and is the primary hub for business operations at Pleasant Realty.  He also acts as the Manager of SARMORE Inc. Ron is eager to help you with any investor, real estate or property management concern.

Ms. Nadine Zitello

Property and Asset Manager

Nadine Zitello has many years in the real estate industry.  She has many years in residential property management in San Antonio and also has experience managing commercial property.  She has recently accepted the Property Manager position with Exit Pleasant Realty.  As a full time Realtor, Nadine devotes herself to serving people just like you with real estate needs. She is bilingual (English/Spanish), professional, ethical, and dedicated.

Ms. Sherron Hartin

Sherron Hartin joined the Exit Pleasant team in January 2010 as a full-time administrative person.   She is very active in her church, and has significant knowledge in Probate and investment properties.    She served as the volunteer coordinator for the non-profit San Antonio Real Estate Investors Association.

Mr. Micah De Leon

    Micah De Leon recently joined the Exit Pleasant team as an intern.  Currently pursuing his  MBA in International Business and employed in Customer Service at Frost Bank, Micah provides technological assistance, web-based solutions, and other administrative functions to Exit Pleasant.  In his relaxation time Micah enjoys fishing, exercise, fine restaurants, and feature films.
