Q: Do you run
a credit check?
A: Of course! Only certain items will prevent
a rental lease however.
Q: What if I
don’t get paystubs?
A: A letter from your employer on company letterhead
will suffice.
Q: What if I don’t have
previous landlord information?
A: Normally, that would be an
indicator there were problems. Previous landlord
information is absolutely a necessity. If you have
never rented before, this would be the exception.
Q:
What if
I can’t pay the whole deposit up front?
A: This is taken on a case by case basis but we do
try to be as flexible as possible. Payment
plans for deposits may be acceptable. Ask your
Property Manager if this is an option for your
lease.
Q: Do I need
to sign a lease?
A: Yes, you will be required to sign a lease.
Q: Do you
accept Housing Assistance?
A: This is on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Are all
bills paid?
A: Sometimes water is paid, but most of the time you
will be required to pay your own electric. This also
depends on the home and the owner. |
