WHY EXIT REALTY? The EXIT formula has revolutionized the Real Estate world. At EXIT REALTY we combine a high Commision Split, the Power to Sponsor other agents, and the ability to continue to earn when you retire.
► EXIT STANDARD COMMISSION SPLITS ARE 70/30 up to $100,000 of gross commission then 90/10 for the balance of the year, annually. All agents earn at least 70% of the commission - the highest split in the industry. In fact many of our agents are earning 90% of the commission - a testament to their hard work.
► THE POWER TO SPONSOR OTHER AGENTS anywhere in North America and earn 10% of their earnings for life. SPONSORING is a process whereby an EXIT agent introduces a potential recruit to management. If that recruit is hired the sponsor will earn 10% of the gross commission - the sponsoring bonus tops out at $10,000 per year per agent. EXIT agents can sponsor other agents in any office in North America. These residual bonuses are single-level only.
► NO FRANCHISE FEES Most franchised real estate companies charge 5%-8% of every transcation that comes right off the top before you get paid. At Exit, we believe that you should only pay a FLAT rate based on the transaction. Each calender year, once you achieve 18 transactions, your flat $150 transcation fee will be discontinued. So whether you sell a million dollar home or a starter home, you only pay one fee.

► 10% SPONSORING RESIDUALS When a salesperson is introduced to management and recruited into EXIT, each transaction that they close generates a bonus that's equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions earned by the recruit, payable to the individual who sponsored them into the company. The bonus is paid via EXIT's head office, and not subtracted from the new recruit's commissions. And it continues perpetually for as long as the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates sales.
► 7% SPONSORING RESIDUALS Should an "EXIT" salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, a "pension plan" is created from the sponsoring bonuses that he or she has established. Also, the retiring salesperson retains the privilege of enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into the company.
