Last 2 paystubs or letter from employer
Previous landlord information including phone numbers
Q: What if I don’t get paystubs?
A: A letter from your employer on company letterhead will suffice.
Q: What if I don’t have previous landlord information?
A: Normally, that would be an indicator there were problems. Previous landlord information is absolutely a necessity. If you have never rented before, this would be the exception.
Q: What if I can’t pay the whole deposit up front?
A: This is taken on a case by case basis but we do try to be as flexible as possible.
Q: Do I need to sign a lease?
A: Yes, you will be required to sign a lease.
Q: Do you accept Housing Assistance?
A: None of our properties currently accept section 8.
Q: Are all bills paid?
A: Usually water is paid, but most of the time you will be required to pay your own electric. This also depends on the home.
